Starter Eco twist

Bought a rebranded Eco twist. I was told that I needed to change the top piece once in while. Is that called a cartomiser? Is that part disposable?

It is called a clearomiser tank. The coil/wick will need replacing once performance drops or it starts to taste funky...

Some clearomizers (the tank) are disposable (like the CE4), most are not. If the tank is not disposable you will have to replace the coil when it no longer performs well.
