I've ordered from most all of the vendors mentioned. Sometimes, it depends on who's got all the DIY flavors I need in one place. It's a pain to have to order several from one place and a couple from another. You pay shipping charges to both in that case.

Normal shipping if I remember correctly. They don't use any 'off' types of shipping. Usually USPS or UPS. Mine always arrive in a timely manner.
And I have used my cc's with them in the past without any problems.

My orders get here speedily, usually a day or two max, even if it's ground if I am buying nicotine. With that said, they are located in CA, and I'm in AZ, so not very far to travel.... But they are fast at getting orders out the door, for sure.

Ive never had any trouble with using my card. You may want to ask your bank if they offer one time numbers for ordering online. My bank will give me a new CC number for an exact amount and its dead after that purchase. I normally just use my card for NR, BullCity and OSDIY.

I've said it here before, and I'll say it again-NudeNic is awesome. Their nicotine is all I use. And their customer service is top notch. They don't have many flavors though, so I'll generally use vape Wild, they have a ton of flavors, and they're really good, plus at a good price.
