I got it! Put the LR Atomizer and put in a few drops of Extreme Ice for MTB. I just finished off a pack of Kool analog at noon today. My Provari arrived just before 5pm. On a scale of 1 to 10 my cravings were at about an 7. A few pulls on the Provari and satiisfied.
I dont have much to compare it to, but I feel it was money well spint.

It may take some time to adjust your cravings to your vaping habit, may have to fiddle with different nicotine concentrations, but by all means make that Kool your last.

I will get one soon. Also I so a youtube vid about the Penelope...that looked just to sweet but pricey. Any good clones of that.
BTW I have gone 8 hours without a cig today. which is a very long time for me. I have a slight amount of craving, prolly for the other
poison in analogs...cause I got a serious nic buzz. Dripping for now trying my sample juices. Viva and Cartos still in package.

I only lasted 4 days on blu cigs , yuck @ those flavors. (so happy I found ECF!!!)

Right now I am on some Cinnamon Roll from MBV and holy moly it's soooooooo tasty!
