"Many smokers who use [e-cigarettes] also continue to smoke cigarettes, and they are under the false impression that because they are smoking fewer cigarettes, it's OK to keep smoking."

What about the new tobacco bill?? Slap some warning labels on cigarettes, tax the heck out of them, take away any flavorings, have the FDA stamp their approval on them, take away safer alternatives,,, and jump for joy that they solved the problem.

They seem to be saying out of the other side of thier mouth,,, smokers either quit, or we'll bleed them dry with taxes while they die.

This also sends the message that smoking less doesn't help.
