Status of ecisales.com?

Hello Everyone,
Anyone know if she is still around? I have had an issue with one of my new batteries for over a week and numerous emails have gone unanswered. It's fine if she's busy but I should at least get an email reply after a week, no?

Jane is still there. I sent her an email yesterday and got a reply within a couple of hours. You may want to send her another one, she is usually very quick to respond.

She finally got back to me today. She only checks emails on the weekends? Must be tough to run a business just on the weekends.

If I'm correct on this, Jane is the only person running the buisness at ecigsales and when you got a ton of customers with only 1 person running the show, you get the idea. Be patient, it's well worth the wait

Yes, she runs the business in her spare time but she's a great trader, one of the best.

Jane is great. She's pretty upfront that she's just one person and sometimes gets bogged down. I've no doubt that she will take care of your issue.

Jane is an awesome woman to do business with. She is also VERY helpful to those who are new to e-cigs. I highly recommend her. And yes, it's just her taking care of all the business...so she's probably backlogged. She is definitely worth the wait.

i got stock up on stuff just before the chinese New Year because I heard that everyone would be out of stuff untill the middle of March.

The chinese are slow about get back up and running. Look at the number of web sites that are out of stock.

I have also heard that they are that way about all holidays, some are just worse than others.

Also e-cig are getting so much publicity that they are hot items for now.
