This is my solution to those situations that call for discretion. It is a Screwdriver Keychain battery with a 306 atty. I know that there is a risk when dripping on open batteries. In the month that I have been using this set up, I haven't had any trouble. It isn't like this is my all day vape. I use it when I have to be sneaky. If I know I'm going to be tied up somewhere that isn't vape friendly, I throw this in my pocket with a 3mil bottle of 54mg flavorless VG juice. On drop and one toke is all you need to be set for awhile. The flavorless juice leaves no odor and one good toke of the 54mg will kill the craving for some time.

Here are some size comparison pics of it in my hand, next to a 30mil bottle, and in between a Provari and a small Ego battery.

Personally I would NEVER recommend ANYONE ever vape straight 54mg Nic Liquid, not even one draw. Never, I don't even recommend vaping 36mg E-Juice, although some folks do without an issue.

Granted that is a very very sharp little setup you got there, I just keep mine with a loaded 2.0 ohm carto and a very faintly flavored juice, hold it in for about 8 seconds and the vapor disappears completely before I exhale.

Vaping that high of nicotine can kill you so I advise EXTREME caution doing this.

Just my :2c: on this subject.

I'm personally a 32/36mg vaper, and I totally agree. If I accidentally start chain vaping, I can feel my blood flow restricting, and I know that if I don't stop I'll overdose. Most of the time I take 2-3 hits, wait 30 minutes, do it again. You have to adjust the way you vape if you want to use the higher mg liquid. That said, it's amazing for stealth vaping, but if you vape anything under 18, DON'T DO IT.

My stealth set up is an ego with a DCT, and my stealthier backups are 2 egos with 2ohm cartos with no drip tips, super small.

Isn't it against the TOS to discuss nic levels that high, or is that just for vendors?

I am not sure to be honest. I can say though that it is definitely NOT a good idea. Especially since extremely new vapers might get a bad idea and hospitalize themselves.
