The first batch will be 50. Not sure about the second batch, when or how many but there will be a second batch of all stainless switches.

oh, and I"m expecting them early next week. I'll post before they go in stock with a time for when they'll be available. (All times for me are CDT)

The drip tips for the CE Kits are IN production.
The brass tubes are also IN production as I type this, they started spinning yesterday technically.
Prototypes are in the works, hopefully in the next couple of weeks I'll have some pictures for you guys. I'll post drip tip images later today.

the drip tips prototypes (not plated) are in the mail heading to me now. I'll show the uncoated versions as soon as I get em in my hands

Future switches will be available on SteamMonkey after the Link launch but they won't be clones of the existing switch. They'll be functionally identical but this one actually matches the current Z2 line up perfectly.
Also, on the Link front, I've got the prototype drip tip and it's nice. Big wide bore for dripping, I'll get some pics of the un-coated version up soon.

spent the night last night dripping through my actual drip tip... something I haven't done in a while lol. This wide bore tip for the CE edition is nice
The tips will be made available separately in a very limited quantity after the initial launch. The Gun Metal coating should match nicely with Zens new Gunmetal stuff too based on the pictures I've seen.

the switches are going bare for now. I wanted to get the monkey face up on the tube, mostly because I really like my monkey logo and the other part because I wanted to keep the tube as plain as possible but it needed 'something'

not that it hasn't been said a number of times already but, all these tubes will be the exact same dimensions as the current Z2 tubes so, if you want a lil brass with your zenesis....
The tubes will be available individually after the initial launch day stocks. I'll only have 'complete units' on day one but in the first rotation of stock I'll be limiting the number of complete kits and selling it a la cart. I support the concept of the Z2 as a "system" and as such, I want people to be able to mix and match their own devices as they see fit.

Here's the prototype drip tip. This will be gun metal nanocoated for the Collectors Edition. If you've seen the pictures of Zens' Gun Metal coating... it's quite similar. In fact, ti should match nicely.
