Hey Lance, are mailing tubes a possibility? And just keep your mesh in a 12x12?

I'm thinking ribbon spools. I looked through a variety of sites and 2 inch height seems like it'll accomodate the majority of peoples needs, vast majority even. I only found a couple of folks who were doing taller than 2inches and of them, one of them only needed 2 inches wide so, I think 2x12 strips, 3 of them on a ribbon spool will work nicely. The spools have a large diameter so the mesh won't be distorted by being rolled around it and people can still work it easily.

I'm running out of things quickly. I'm going to fix up these last 5 aga-t's and put them back in stock if I get them tweaked to be lined up properly and still look factory fresh.

Wow! Sounds like you're making quite the name for yourself already! Good to see a new vendor get a strong start.
After some reading and reviewing, I'm going 6x12 strips x2 per order. I bought a BUNCH of thin walled 1.5inch ID plastic tubing to use for this. I'll most likely be very loosely rolling the mesh and sliding it into the tube. It should come out un-molested and ready for use, no creases, no crinkles, and hopefully minimal lubricant after washing it
It's been a crazy couple of weeks. I just need more of those Zmax's to get off the shelf so I can make a follow up order with Sigelei
I'm improving, there have been some growing pains but I've been monitoring 7 different sites for customer feedback, checking my company email hourly, and hanging out in chat here on ECF to get feedback so I can react and adjust to customers wants and expectations. Hopefully it's paying dividends, not in profit, but in customer satisfaction. I want you guys happy and vaping!
I am hand grinding my last 5 'out of alignment' Aga-Ts so I can put them back in stock with a clear conscience knowing that you can use it out of the box. The last 5 aga-t's for a while in my store, so if you want one of these.... keep an eye out. I'll post in here right before I put em in stock. After these 5 go, it's going to be mid to late january before I have the aga-t back in stock. I will have aga-s soon though.
the 5 "reject" Aga-t's have been brought in line. I had 6 but I scratched on up so I'm keeping it for personal testing, the other 5 look good though and the holes are all lined up. I'm putting them in stock in just a minute. Get em while they last, I won't be re-ordering aga-t's until I finish negotiating with the vendor for some improvements.

Is there any way I can buy just a aga-t cap that you have that did not line up?
I got an aga-t here, and I grinded it down....but I grinded it to much and now I see the Oring on the bottom.
I grinded it almost to the bottom indent line in the cap......slipped on the grinder and it shaved one side way down so I had to make it match on the other side.
Maybe one you have that you threw to the side because it did not match?

Im going to have to pick up some more Vivi Novas. Personally, these genesis style are wearing on me having to adjust them so much. I lose some with the VN, but it just simply is effortless, lol. I dont know.. arg...
I totally understand where you're coming from.
I've got multiple RBAs and I love them all. The aga-t gets the most use out of them but... I do find myself going back to a good ol boge in a tank or one of my vivi novas. When an RBA works right, it's love in a bucket. When it's not working right.... it'll make ya wanna kick a puppy.
Yea, I might just use the Aga-t at home..where if I need to adjust coils it isnt a big deal.
At work or on the road.. probably a Vivi Nova. I have yet to try a carto tank...might pick up a gun metal one to match the Vamo.
