The guy has a decent small website with some humorous lines, good prices, and generally seemed like a standup guy.

I ordered a few things from him and received them in a timely fashion.

Two of the items I purchased were a Vivi Nova and Mini Vivi Nova. Some of the Vision authorized dealers have this verbiage on their product pages. " This is the latest revision of the Vivi Nova Rebuildable Cartomizer. " This leads me to believe this guy is really selling VISIONS. I buy a few, and I try them out. Failure to wick, leaking, Ohms jumping everywhere. Tried new heads, same thing. Rebuild them with wick/wire same thing.

I email him and he doesn't reply. Wait a few days, email again, still no reply. I basically told him that i'd like to speak with him in regards to the Novas and find a solution that we can agree upon. Nothing.

He was sure quick to take my money and process the order....

This is the latest revision of the Vivi Nova Rebuildable Cartomizer. Essentially a CE style carto with a replaceable coil/wick assembly. This mini version is slightly smaller than the original and holds approximately 2ml of liquid. This kit comes with 3 different resistance head/wick assemblies and the Mini Vivi Nova tank/tip. With a little ingenuity you can even rebuild the heads yourself, or just buy the replacements from me!


In your email, you state that it is clearly indicated on your website that they are NOT Visions. I just don't see it. I'm sorry. Maybe it's stated somewhere in the embedded Youtube video?


Now, on to the product itself. In your email, you state that the Ohm issue may be corrected by lowering the center connection through the shaft so that it makes contact with the battery terminal. How do I ensure that the head then makes contact with that pin if its all the way down touching the battery? It doesn't appear to be telescopic. It blew one of my unprotected PVs already.

Again, I apologize about the SPAM folder mixup and thus the perceived lack of contact. I stated via email that I wanted to work it out and it felt like you just took my money and hit the road My apologies.

You are absolutely correct about the product page! I updated it a while back and apparently at some point it has reverted.. That is completely my fault, and I"ll be updating it post haste.

It does state that information in the videos but that is not what I was implying, I had put an additional blurb on each vivi nova page specifically about them not being Vision products before (Ask Killnine... he was there for that lil bit of action) and apparently at some point my product descriptions have reverted to the original format. My apologies.

Regarding the Ohm issue, there is a decent amount of play to that center post and how it connects. I have that issue primarily with my sig zmax because of the hard set center post, pulling the pin and then screwing it in has always resolved the issue and that is why I suggested it. As I stated in the email, I'm still fully willing to refund you for the products and you have my sincere apologies for the misleading product text, I really had updated that page and am now pretty cranky that it's gone back because now I have to go through every single product to see which revision of description it's currently sporting ><

In looking at my site... ironically the only items that DONT have the blurb about the vivi novas not being authentic are the actual vivi novas... the tanks replacements and heads all have it =\ /facepalm.

And all products are now updated. Thank you for catching that. I rarely actually look at my own store from a customer perspective so I wouldn't have caught that until some one said something.

I have played with the center post on the vivis with my Vamo and it still gives varied Ohm readings, so unfortunately, I will not be able to use these 3 vivi novas. The situation is a bit of a pickle, however, as the packaging is thrown away, and I tore the Silicone wicks out of the heads in preparation for storage.

Like I said, I tried the Novas on 2 mods and an ego battery, and they haven't been consistent on many levels with any device. I wanted to buy VISION as their reviews are pretty much 100% positive.

Since the Novas are scratched up, juiced up, and the like, I will probably just keep vaping with my Igo-L for now. I believe you have those in stock and the Igo-L is originally why I visited your website! DiscountVapers was out of stock after my first purchase and Google sent me to you! You were out of stock of the Igo-L at that time and I seen the Vivi Novas for cheap and thought what the heck. (Vision website's still down) When your site had the verbiage of the new style, then I assumed they were Vision.

If you want the Vivis, I will send you back what's left of them, but in all reality, I don't expect a refund for them.

FYI: your package is in the mail I threw in a pearl white knucklehead drip tip. It's my favorite style for the igo-l's because of the short stature of the igo the knucklehead makes it easier for me to use for some reason. And it looks like some weird little alien lol.
