Steampunk Sleeve for 18650

This sleeve fits around a top firing atty and has a viva nova tank under those rings. I'm working on modifying an rda to improve the vape. The atty is fired by the spring loaded button at the top of sleeve.

You know, for a "sleeve for a 18650" it really seems to be a whole mod and that much more, and is really hiding here in the cosmetic section. Just mentioning.
