Steep first, then mix doublers, or mix then steep?

I have what may be a dumb question. I recently got a 4oz doubler of Burmanii (30% VG) and 4 1oz bottles of Burmanii 48mg liquid (10% VG), which I will combine to get 8oz of 24mg Burmanii liquid at 20% VG. I still have a bunch of GB left over from before GB was ended, so I am in no hurry.

QUESTION: Should I mix the doubler and e-liquid now, then let it steep, or should I just put the unmixed package on a shelf and mix it just before I am ready to use it... or does it matter? Any thoughts on this?

I always mixed mine immediately. Shake, shake, shake. Mix, mix, mix. vape, vape, vape. No more mixing for me, though. I weaned off nicotine several years ago so now I buy the 4oz doublers.

I always mix as soon as I receive them, then steep.

You can do it either way. If they're brand new liquids that you're mixing, it's probably to mix and steep the initial batch.
