I bought some e-liquid and the bottle says "born on Nov. 2014". Is this normal?

Clark has said the liquid does not start steeping till it is unsealed, altho I think steeping is a myth. He also said that he has refrigerated storage.
I'm vaping Frenilla (b. 02/16/2015) right now and it's mighty fine.
I have some sealed refrigerated Raz Cup that's even older, but haven't tried it yet.

Strawberry vanilla 18mg taste like , well, I guess I could call it strawberry pee.
No it wasn't a premium already steeped, etc.
I can see steeping to get rid of too much fumes from a new bottle but I don't steep.

This is the reason I stopped buying from Nicoticket about 8 months ago. I was receiving juice that was almost 2 years old, and when I asked the owner, Clark, about it, he was not very professional (not to mention he changed his story a few times).
a couple of my early DIY juices tasted loik pee right from the get go..n got more worserer with agesome juices do really well when aged... others turn into pee...
Although now I've mixed quite a few batches they ain't bad at all arfta steepin' for a week or 3
I don't steep either. Unless it naturally steeps cause it takes me a while to vape it all. I usually buy from places that mix it fresh when ordered.
Maybe time for a new vendor?
I never mentioned who it was. How did you know? Or did you know it was them? I always have bought from vaper4life. 5 straight years now. Never a problem , always good juice. However, like anyone, I occasionally like to sample something different. I have been burned almost each time. V4L has excellent customer service as well. But the juice, I should never stray.
I recently did end up with a good butterscotch , NLV gold, for Night Life Vapor. Not real sweet , I love it.
How did I know? Honestly, I have tried countless vendors over the past few years, and Nicoticket is the only vendor I have exerienced that will send out juice that old, and give you a big smile while they do it.
I knew it was NT you were talking about because when you first posted you had a NT banner at the bottom of your post, and I also saw LMS62 complaining about old juice on the NT forum.

I had a NK banner just because I grabbed it. No reason at all. Well, I do like looking at how many etc. I did replace it after tasting their rendition of aged strawberry-vanilla.

If you like strawberry, try "The Plume Room" strawberry's and cream, got some in the classies, lots better than strawnilla. JMHO & YMMV
I do like Nicoticket, but there are some that are good from other companies. I have opened 2 + year old bottles from Nicoticket (glass bottles) that were a fresh as the day they were born, but the plastic bottles were not, just saying.
I actually set out to try Katy's Virus, which I really like. It taste kinda like a rum raison with a hint of cinnamon. Keeps changing, LOL
Happend so that I vaped my old Nicoticet juice (2.5 years old) just recently. It's called Day Break. I found it and gave it a try. It was not bad. Not bad at all when it was diluted 1:5. I vaped about 3 ml of it. Then I found out why do people clean their tanks (I never do it). Nicoticet juice made everyting, incluiding chimey, covered in a black stuff. I can say that NT has a juice that's called Katy's Virus that's good. This is IMO, but it's kind of a rum raison /cinnamon that keeps changing flavor. Well maybe it's me that tastes different flavors. I hope it doesn't dirty my tank. But my everyday tanks are mini Aspire BVC's. Like $5 a piece with coil. Not BDC.
