Hey gang, pretty new to vaping. Found a couple of flavors I enjoy. but I recently bought a couple of 0 ml nic High VG flavors (I stick to the high VG) that I really couldn't handle when they first arrived, I'm wondering how much the flavor will actually change, and in what kind of time frame. I'm assuming some brands are pre-mixed and sent out to order, and others might be made to order, which probably could account for some differences in flavor.
Suggestions about your favorite eliquid are welcome.

vape Wild offers a pre-steeped line of flavors. I have not tried any of their pre-steeped flavors, but we like a few of their mixed to order flavors, and they are very reasonably priced.

We are just now trying our first order from Carpe Diem Vapor. Another reasonably priced vendor. They state that some of their flavors are steeped for a bit before shipping - you can check out their site and contact them for how long flavors are usually steeped before shipping, and they do have a list with suggested steep times on their site.

There are several methods that I have seen mentioned on ECF for speed steeping. You can try using the search bar to get more information, since I have never speed steeped.

We just let our eliquids steep naturally - in a cool, dark place (I use a toolbox), caps on, for varying lengths of time, sometimes depending on how low our stash is at the time. Even a few days can help in some instances. Yes, for some eliquids, steeping can bring out the layers of flavor. I really enjoy bakery, creamy, custardy vapes, and, for me, these types of flavors do not start to "come into their own" until they have steeped for at least two weeks or more.

Sometimes just a few days steeping will make a flavor at least vapable. When steeping, check the eliquid around once a week or so to see if it has improved enough for you to enjoy. There is not really a hard and fast rule for steep times - everything depends on how you perceive the flavor, with the equipment that you are using. Some vendors do offer suggested steep times for their eliquids. You may also find that you enjoy certain eliquids straight out of the mailbox.

Try a little bit of each eliquid when you get it. If you like it, vape away. If you think it still needs a little something, let it steep. Once you have been vaping a while, you will be able to see how much eliquid you are using in a given period of time, and will be able to place orders accordingly to allow steep time while you are using what you have on hand - barring, of course, unexpected financial emergencies that leave you a bit short.
