Steeping

Is steeping recommended, like certain other vendors (two weeks?!?), or are Ms T's juices awesome from Day One?

Just curious, since I'm real excited to try what I get in the Mystery Specials.

I have only had two shipments from Ms T's - but I opened them with my mouth watering and tried each and every flavor the same day they came in the mail. Now - one month later - they taste exactly the same to me (out of the ones that are left)!!

My 2 favorites from Mrs. T get better with a little age (2 weeks)...cake icing and black currant. Any juice I buy gets steeped for 2 weeks no matter who I buy it from. I want the true flavor when I try it so I can decided whether or not to PIF.

the only ejuice I needed to steeep for the flavor to taste correct was white chocolate pepperment....um yum...it tasted great even before it steeped, but was spot on after a couple days

IME, the juices are good from day one. The exception to that being anything with any kind of dairy component... (I.e. flavors with ice cream) I usually give the latter three days to steep minimally.

I've orderd from her twice and they've all been great from the first day. i had a few drops left of Strawberry Lemondade that i ordered in june, i saved it for a rainy day, and it tasted the same (AWESOME). anyway, yeah, her juices are pretty much ready to go from day one and stay great all the way through.

In a word? Yes.

I never bought into the whole steeping thing. Ms T flavors are awesome right from delivery. But I'm just finishing off a bottle of Blueberry Pie juice that's been sitting for a few weeks. I'd put it in a cupboard and forgotten all about it - it's probably three months old. The blueberry flavor - great to begin with - is more intense, and the flavor is sweeter than the fresh bottles. Unfortunately the crust flavor is either suppressed under the more intense blueberry flavor, or it's just faded. I like the crust. There's still a hint of it, but it isn't nearly as present as it is in the new juice.

So steep or don't steep - both work.

I am really leaning towards a "yes" on this issue. True, they are great upon arrival, but I too have noticed a difference in bottles that have sat for a bit.

Now, the question is, if kept in the fridge, are they still "steeping"?
