Steeping

I used the search and found many different post about steeping, but im still hazy so please HELP!

I saw some say that for the first 24 hours they leave the cap, and drip tip off. While others say to leave it on.

All the juice i have now is made-to-order or made within a few days of picking up. What is the best way to get the full flavor of the juice?

You just have to experiment and figure out what works best for you. Ask 10 people about steeping and you might get 10 different answers.

i steep with the caps on. liquid nicotine will evaporate when exposed to air, and degrades rather quickly when you consider how long some people let their liquids steep with the caps off.
i just let it sit and sit. every once in a while i will give it a good shake, and give it a smell. if the flavor smells pretty strong, and you can pick out a few different layers (depending on what you get), i dub it good to go. if it still kinda smells flavorless or watery, back to the shelf it goes.
