Depends on your budget and features you want.

Ipv D2 is 75W, compact, has tc and a Yihi chip. $50
Sigelei 75W is slim, and has tc. $50-60
Sigelei 150W (new one) is dual battery for more power or longer battery life, has tc. $99
Ipv3 Li is 165W, dual battery, has tc, not sure of price but under $100 I think.
Ipv4s is the improved ipv4. 120W, dual battery, tc, $80.
Yihi sx mini m class has all the bells and whistles, tc, upgradable formware, 60W, up to 75W when upgraded, 1 year warranty, $200

Many new mods are coming out with the sx350J or DNA200 chips.

I vape @ 25 watts

I often do as well :). But, not always. A couple weeks ago I did a quad coil build in one of my tanks and decided to see how far it could go and keep up with the wicking. Well, I learned the answer was at least 100W. I don't have a mod that can go past 100W so that was the highest I could vape it at. I am vaping it at 60W. So in time, you may have an atty that you want to vape higher than 25W, or you may not.

Whats the best step up from e leaf i stick 30w. Looking either 40w or 50w? I am in the uk
Coolfire 4
Innokin disrupter
?
?
Why are you "stepping up" from the iStick? Are you having issues? If not then why not buy a 40w or 100w istick?

I think the 40w will be my next purchase to go along with my 30w.

All depends what you are looking for. Subox kit or disruptor is nice for similar to Istick but slightly more powerful. If you want to go temp control the IPV line up is all really nice. I haven't been impressed with the istick40 temp control but love the eVic VT's.

It has come to a point where most digital mods are similar in quality, you just have to decide what features and form factor you prefer.

Features you want to think about would be wattage, temp control, internal or external battery, battery life, size, color, durability.
