I know we have spoken privately..but I want you to know how much I love you and Steve. You have been my rock here though my troubles now please count on me to be yours. P.M. me as to what hospital and what time to meet you there. We can lessen the worry together.
I could only visit Mike 15 minutes at a time (my choice) because I would be a wreck if I didn't leave, I went to ICU 2 to 4 times a day I wanted to meet his nurses on both shifts. Of course I can see the hopitals 6 story parking garage from my corner. If you stay longer then go downstairs for coffee and a walk. It helps.
Cindy, I love you.

I tried to offer some support in PM, but it could never be enough. There is never enough at times like this. And so, here is a little more. I can feel it clear across the country, the pain and confusion. I can almost see you suffering. It has to be the most difficult of times. But please, do share, do voice and cry, and do take a minute for coffee and a walk in fresh air as Mary Kay suggested. It still won't be enough, but could perhaps help a little, and a little more, a little more...

Love you, dear...

You all touch my heart so deeply...thank you so much for your well wishes and prayers.

They put a chest tube into his right lung today to drain...2700 units of fluid drained...now- that is over 10 cups...wow. The nurse said he should have less pressure now...geez...ya think ?

Tomorrow they want to test removing the ventilator tube to see if he will breathe on his own.
