The first couple of days of vaping, I had a pack of cigs I could reach for if I really got the urge to smoke. I put them up, out of sight, but knew they were there. I didn't clear my ashtrays, I didn't put away my lighters and I didn't start worrying about "what if I couldn't quit smoking." I averaged 3 cigs a day the first week and felt darn good that I passed on the other 27
. The following week, I decided I would not reach for them but they were still there if I ABSOLUTELY HAD TO HAVE ONE! There were a couple of times I really wanted one, then would vape my head off, up my nic juice and end up feeling on the edge of dizzy, lol! But...the feeling for needing an analog would pass after that, so I didn't reach for one. On day 3 of vaping only, a friend came over and she ran out of smokes...so I gave her mine, haven't had an analog in 11 days....feels great!
Everyone IS different, go easy on yourself and start counting the cigs you didn't have...
Happy vaping!

I've noticed that I'm vaping a lot too (like draining a batt when one is still charging). I figure it's because I have smoking on my mind. I didn't really chain smoke on a regular basis.. just on "special occasions" lol I think the more I get used to vaping, the less chain vaping I will do. That's the only thing I can think of because I'm not going into nic withdrawal. I ended up smoking 5 tobacco cigs yesterday, but that's better than the 2-1/2 to 3 packs a day I was smoking before I started vaping, and the 1-1/2 packs a day I was smoking when I was using the Fifty-One Trio. The tobacco is starting to lose it's appeal, doesn't taste as good as the vape, produces a lot less smoke than vaping, and I get confused about how to drag on the tobacco cig. I keep forgetting I'm not going to get as much smoke out of it as I do vapor, so I'll drag on the stupid thing wondering why it isn't working.
Today I've smoked 2 so far, still feel the need for the first morning one.
