I sent a query regarding a specific change (downgrade of included pieces) to ego kits tuesday the 5th
You replied on the 7th telling me you would send prices later
Resend that query a couple of times
Today is the 11th April, and the lack of response avoided me to start ordering kits on the weekend
You can always answer "not possible" which would be better than no reply at all

Just trying to do business here... this post is my last attempt over this issue, customers are waiting
So do you have any feedback for me please ?
