Stingray Mod Clone: Good for first Mech Mod ever?

So here is the Stingray mod Clone in Rainbow Copper

I am naturally drawn to this mod because of its pretty shiny girly physique. However, I have never owned a mech mod similar to these in my life. I am very familiar with Evic, VTR, Ego's, MVP, and Vamo vapes. I've had a few high maintenance cigs, so I feel I am ready to take on the mech mod. I was just wondering if anyone had any feedback on this particular mod. It seems like a decent quality material for the price (I found it on Vivid Smoke for $49.99). Feedback/comments encouraged! It's the luck of the draw on Stingray clones , be prepared to do some work on the switch when you get it , I have a genuine black copper Stingray and a Stingray X clone , both needed work on the switch to make them usable , I can't really recommend a Stingray for someone's first mech unless they're good with DIY , I know they're not girly but I recommend a Panzer for a first mech , they're tough , hit hard , well built and easy to work on .

Panzers are very nice... I also recommend a Nemesis, you can absolutely not go wrong with a nemi. They come in stainless, copper, and brass... But the great thing is if you go with stainless, there's almost infinite options with color and design using alcohol inks. The are cheap, SUPER easy to work with, SUPER effective, and completely fool proof... if you mess up, all you need is a little bit of rubbing alcohol and it takes the color right off. So you can literally experiment over and over and over until you come up with something you like. You can buy them at ANY arts + crafts store... Michaels, joann fabrics etc..

The thing about Fasttech is to watch the reviews on there , a mech with few reviews is iffy but for that price it's worth a shot . But you can't go wrong with basic black . HCigar Black Nemesis Mod Clone or a little bling maybe ? HCigar Carbon Couture Nemesis Mod

Just noticed this is an 18mm mod , it only takes 14650 batteries , avoid it unless you're ok with limiting yourself to that .

Copper = polish all the time. Also very soft if you drop it. I'd recommend stainless for your first mod.
