What exactly do you do with the code for your stop smoking banner to get it onto your pages?Sorry if this is a simplistic problem but i'm really not too good on a computer.

You have to paste it into your "signature" field. Hover your mouse on your name at the upper right of the page and click on "signature" and paste it in the field, then save the change. That 's it.
