Ack! The NonSmoke Timer, come to find out, is a Yahoo Widget.

I've switched from Windows to Linux so I'm not offering help from a position of personal experience... I just enjoy geekery. lol Maybe a Windows user with a quit smoking meter will chime in and tell us what they use but, until then, here are a few more links. There are a few apps here at easy freeware, some at DownloadAtoZ (make sure to pick something with a freeware license, not shareware) and a few at WhyQuit.com.

Hopefully, I've given you better leads this time. :)

Thanks so much for your help!
I downloaded it but it will not run to install.
I have Windows 7 operating system and that is not on the list to operate it.
I am not that tech savy to figure it out this morning, but will try to find out later today.

Have you tried the Compatibility thing ? Right click the .exe file, choose Properties, Compatibility Tab, and make it run in Windows XP SP3 or something else. (I haven't downloaded the software nor tried it, it's just a tought)
