I picked up my ego twist, with a pt2 about 10 days ago. I was smoking and vaping for the first few days, but in that time I was experimenting with flavour and nic lvls. 18mg was not enough, and led me to light a smoke up here and there. Found an ADV really quickly, compared to a lot of threads I have read.

I had my last cigarette 4 or 5 days ago, and found it quite distasteful. I haven't had one since, though I still get cravings, but that experience is fresh in my mind, and I will never go back.

My hardest craving is first thing in the morning. My nic lvls are low from sleeping, and the vape just doesn't get it in to me fast enough. I just power through it, and get on with my day.

My decision to vape has made leaving the cigarettes behind a reality, where as before it was impossible.

So a big thanks to everyone here.
I have spent a good hour or more each day reading threads here, and it's really helped me a lot, especially getting that finicky pt2 to work properly, and give me a satisfying vape.

Congrats on switching.

I hand rolled my smokes with pipe tobacco and 18 has been fine for me, different folks different smokes. Im ready to start stepping down the nic level.

It was the hit that sold me and got me to switch. Went from the iTaste VV, to MVP, to VTR. Im satisfied with the VTR, and have the MVP as back up.

Before vaping, quiting seemed impossible, more like improbable as I "enjoyed" smoking before I had a good vape experience.
