Store bought VG contents

I would like to dilute some of my liquids because I'm getting too much nicotine before bedtime.
I got "Humco glycerin skin protectant" at Walgreens and it has USP on the label, so I'm guessing it's ok.
The active ingredient is 99.5% anhydrous glycerin, but does not say what the other 0.05% is.
What is it, maybe water? Is it ok to vape?

Sure, you can use that. Not too much- it's kinda thick.

I do the same in the evening- vape lower nicotine.

It's the right stuff !
and you are correct...
the other .5% is water.
(you can thin it with distilled water...VERY, Very little...like 3 or 4 drops per 5ml !)
