Hey guys!!! As most of you know we are having to switch our merchant provider. Upon having to do this we've decided to do a complete overhaul of the site! We are still working with the developer of the site to try and get all of your profiles put into the new site, so you don't have to do it again, but at this point we aren't sure that it's possible, but please know that it is a priority. As far as your reward points and any gift certificates/store credit that you may have needs to be used up by July 30th. If it's not used by then it will be lost, they can't be transferred to the new site. I'm sorry if this is an inconvenience for any of you, and we hope that you guys can understand!! We love you guys and are truly grateful for all of your love and support that you've showed us over the years!

I will check on the reward points. I believe that you need to have 100 points before you can cash in, but I'm not 100% sure on that just yet. I'll look into it more & let you know. We have 510 platinums & fusions on order & they are in the production stage, so at this time we don't have an eta on them. I'm sorry

Mine won't buddy. I get my rewards every time I take a puff on your products so I'll just reward you with them.
Isaac & I looked into the rewards points this morning and if you have 10 or more you should be able to use them.
I didn't know they existed. Probably been there since day one.

Ebay has their rewards set up so your get a certificate every 3 or 4 mo. If you don't use them in a certain time you lose them. Then the new period starts. If you set them up something like that you wouldn't get blingsided by a mass of them like now. A lot of people (me included) didn't know they existed. Just my

As for J5 and all his points vs. my lack of points...we all know how kind our J5 is! He helped me keep vaping with Fusions while I was going through some very lean times, and so did Mrs. Fran! We have the most wonderful and generous vaping community My feet are a little more steady underneath me now!

will the Dbox tanks be in before the dead line or the stealth adapters for the fusions?
I'm sorry buddy. I wanted some of the 4 ohm Protank coils for my DBox and put my info in at checkout but somehow my points were deducted. because my receipt said they were deducted. The only thing I can think happened is the other day I was looking at them to see how much they were worth and I think it cashed them in. I'm sorry and I WILL make it up and get it back to you. I feel like such a jerk.
They are in now and also the Protank coils that will work in the DBox. OH and they are on sale this weekend.
