Storing juice in the refrigerator or freezer

Is it necessary to store juice in the fridge or freezer to keep it fresh? If I overstock on juice, what is the best way to store it? Would keeping it cool help it stay fresh, and does juice freeze? Could I ruin juice from storing it this way?

Also, what is the shelf life of juice?

Um, I have some old juice (old, as in expired, was made in 2009) that I'm using now. It's never been in the fridge. It's been in a box on top of my fridge. It looks good, smells good, and tastes fine.

I keep mine on my desk, away from sunlight. A friend of mine has had some juices he had stored in a tackle box in his room when he quit using his. He recently got back into it, took them out (been about a year) and is using them again without any issues.

Based on the type of chemicals they are, I would expect it is best to keep them somewhere dry, and away from sunlight. Extreme conditions in one direction or another could mess with the different flavorings.

I overlooked that part of it. I guess when I seen "DIY" I was thinking of juices not being pre mixed/flavored by the supplier. But I guess when it comes down to it, the suppliers are making "DIY" mixes and reselling the mix. So I'm probably best just keeping my juice bottles sit out (with the bottle lids on and sealed of course).

Since I'm still so new to vaping, I guess I haven't given too much thought into mixing myself. I'm really still learning the differences between PG & VG. I think that will be my next step, learning to mix my own juice. If you vape just pure nic unflavored, is there still some hint of flavor to it, or is it completely tasteless?

How did they taste? Did it taste stale or bad in anyway?

nope, I tried them too, they still tasted perfectly fine. I was surprised that they weren't nasty.
