I asked this question from TPA and this is the answer they sent me hope it helps.
These flavors are easy to store, especially in smaller bottles. None of them will go rancid! The one largest concern flavorists have is flavor evaporation- when multi-molecule flavors have their containers opened, the lighter molecules will tend to evaporate much faster, meaning that if you open that same container over and over again the flavor may shift. This isn't likely to happen unless you keep a large container around and consistently use that to fill small bottles. If you are concerned, try dividing the flavor into many small bottles right from the start, so you won't be exposing the whole lot to air whenever you want to access some of it. Chilling your flavors before opening can also reduce this effect.
