Is there any consensus on storing liquids if they are going to sit for a while? I got an order and am still waiting on my PV to show, so I'm wondering if it helps to keep them refrigerated (or hurts?) or keep them out of direct sunlight, etc?
Long story short - after reading debates for so long - I've settled on storage in plastic coffee containers with a handful of desiccant packs in each, then in a plastic storage box, all that in a garbage bag with a knot, in a true basement that stays really cool and dark. Somewhere around November I'll probably bring it back up and tuck back under the bed until late spring.
You're only talking about a couple of days, right? It seems most of these tips are for long-term storage. The stuff can last a couple of years, so I wouldn't worry about a couple of days. Just don't leave it anyplace that is extreme and it will be fine. I have no kids or pets, so mine sits on the kitchen table, end table, nightstand, etc. Stuff I don't use goes in the closet, inside a tacklebox. I'll be able to tell you if that was a good idea in a year or so.

True, just a couple days, but it's been hot here too so I've been wondering how that affects the product.
If I take to this (PV) I'll probably be buying more in bulk once I find my "sweet spot" with flavors and strength, so it will come in handy then for sure to know how to store larger amounts.

It is a tough choice, have not put juice in a frig but have left it out in 80+ degree house for months with no issues so far.Humidity inside averages 50% on a hygrometer if that helps.
It's really not, compared to some. It's just that it's close to 80 inside in some parts of the house in the summer (by choice) and the basement is really damp sometimes, so I didn't want to take chances with the dampness. I really don't think using a fridge is necessary, unless you got a small dorm fridge and set it at 60 or 65-ish or so. Seriously, though, a small quantity for use soon will be fine.
