storing liquid

I have read that over time the liquid will lose flavor and nic concentration. Is this true, and what is the best method to prevent this. I just ordered a bunch of juice and I dont want it to be a waste. The bottle I have now I have had for two and a half weeks and it seems fine. I just dont want to stock up if the juice will be no good in a couple months.

I have read that storing the liquid in refrigeration and by keeping it away from light is the way to store it. Should keep up to 2 years.

I put mine in a little coffee can and keep it in the fridge door.

Ooooh. I hadn't thought about the coffee can. But I put them in labeled plastic bags and in the plastic containers you get at harris teeter or what not for buying their foods. Then put those in the refridge.
