Long term as in several years, yes, transfer to glass with polycone tops. Short term until you get some glass, just toss in the freezer. It will stay good a long time in there even in plastic.
You might get away with plastic for the long term but, then again, may be not. My long term nic is in 1 liter amber glass bottles, labeled, in a zip lock bag, wrapped in thin bubble wrap, put in a second zip lock bag and taped. When it's time to open a one liter bottle the contents are divided into 4 250 ml bottles to mix from. Those smaller bottles are in zip lock bags so that if one gets dropped may be the bag won't rip and the liquid can be salvaged.
I had some nic. in plastic bottles and just put them in the freezer until I got glass to transfer them in. They sat there for about 5 months before I finally got to it.
Glass is best but I'm sure some have stored long term in plastic when frozen. Freezing reduces molecular action quite a bit, getting less than 100mg (like 48mg) would slow it even further imo. Remember: 3 killers of nic are heat, oxygen and light.
What kind of plastic? Last year, I found half a liter of WL that had been in the freezer for 2-1/2 years, that I'd forgotten I had. It was in #1 (PET) plastic bottles and, somewhat to my surprise, it was absolutely fine. I believe that #1 is the least permeable to oxygen of the common plastics, but I still feel much more comfortable with glass for my long term needs.
