I'm not sure how objective I'm supposed to be, so I'll give a shot at it, but I feel it only fair to warn everyone that I don't believe I can be. I *love* these things!!

Just so everyone has a reference, we have had our tanks for 3 days, and I have been using no other juice delivery item since. I am a heavy vaper, my PV is almost always in hand and in use if I'm not doing something that requires the use of both hands, and I use a vg liquid with a little water to thin it out.
Delivery Time -
Due to a mistake of mine, it took me a week and three days to get my tank, which was shipped the day after I ordered it. I gave the wrong address and my tanks were delivered to a family member whom we had sent an item to previously (there is always someone home there, so we sometimes send things there that require a signature). The family member did not remember exactly when it had arrived, but said that she though it had been sitting there waiting for us for almost a week.
So I have to estimate a little bit, and say that from the day I ordered til the day it was delivered was roughly three or four days with the cheaper shipping offered. Pretty darned quick considering I got to choose options and these tanks are hand made.
Customer Service -
Fantastic. Perfect. Marvelous. There are not enough good words to describe the customer service I recieved from Cloudburst.
Both my boyfriend and I are extremely new, only a few months into vaping, so I had a million and one questions, most of which I must admit were asked from a most ignorant point of view so probably didn't make as much sense as I hoped. Every question got an answer. A real answer, with explanations and suggestions and real honest to god help. I read every email, and at the end felt like I was a valuable customer that deserved undivided attention, despite the fact that I had not spent a single dollar and had given no promise to do so.
Also, one of our tanks was damaged in shipping, and Cloudburst immediately offered a replacement without, in any way, making me feel as if he thought I was just trying to get something free. The few times I have dealt with other online purchases damaged in shipping, I've always felt that the company just KNEW I was just trying to steal something from them. I was steeled for it and waiting, and that feeling NEVER came. At no time was I treated like a liar and a thief. I appreciate this so much I do not have words to explain it.
The Tanks -
Once again, there are just not enough good words for these things! They are just THAT amazing!
I've tested a couple of flavors in it, and with as little as a quick rinse, was unable to detect the previous flavor in the new one. My cartos never managed that, thats for sure. I have not yet tried any of the mints, which I'm told are the hardest to clean out, but I have tried a tobacco, a chocolate, a cinnamon, and a pina-colada. Not once could I taste the flavor before, and all I did was pour out the first flavor, swish a little water in the tank, and then refill it. With my mixes I wasn't worried about a tiny bit of extra water.
I did have a little bit of an issue getting the mouthpiece to set right, but I think this is a good thing, as it means the whole set up has a nice snug fit and keeps everything in place and working properly. These tanks are very well made, and once you get used to the couple of little things that you can do with a carto that you cant do with these, are so simple to use, they should be included in every starter kit ever given out to a new user.
The Cautions -
I have not yet found any negatives, however there are a couple of things you do need to consider and should be cautioned about.
First, They can be over filled, and you may not notice it immediately. If you over fill the tank, the liquid will make its way down the air tube, and can leak into your battery or pass through. So pay close attention to the instructions, you really can only fill it as far as described.
Second, You can not lay this down on its side, and I would strongly suggest not putting it into a pocket or a purse that it can not be securely kept upright. Turning these on their sides, especially when full, cause the liquid to leak out the mouthpiece, and again through the air tube into the battery or pass through.
I do not find these things to be flaws or faults, and thus do not consider them bad things. I think they are simply the trade off for having a large volume of liquid in a device that can be quickly switched out for a different battery or a different flavor. And I hope that anyone considering a tank will see them the same way, as any item will have its own little idiosyncrasies.
My Recommendation -
If you do not have one of these yet... GET ONE!!!
If you do have one of these... GET ANOTHER!!!
