Philadelphia area here. Ready to take on the storm. Got the house in order. I work for the local power utility so ill probably be at work for a week straight. Side pocket of my bag is loaded up with batteries n liquid. Wish me luck out there. Be safe everyone.

You be safe out there Nutty1. I know that I totally appreciate the efforts of guys and gals who work so hard to get our electricity going after a power outage. This world runs on electricity and without there's no TV, no water [we are on a well] and no computer. Argghhh!!!!

Sitting down, facing forward.
Did everything I can think of to prepare, gas, generator, cleaned gutters, trimmed limbs, extra water, charged batteries, tons of 78mm, X2sand liquids, phones charged and lots of food. I'm just sitting here looking out the sliding door watching the trees whip around and the rain pour down, and the storm is still about 200 miles away!

South Jersey could see the eye of the storm. Stay cozy.

Im waiting for multiple shipments... everything is gonna be delayed!
And if power goes, I'm doomed. I have a 65mm & 78mm battery, and half a carton of cigarettes. WAAAA!

I haven't had an analogue is 4 days and counting!!!!!

Hey mate. Don't sweat it. Early on I went back to smokes. It was an easy transition back to vaping.

We had hurricane winds come through of all place Ohio a few years back. I had just planted some trees in the front yard and we just had an inground pool put in. The night before it blew through I had put topsoil, seeded, and put straw down all around the pool. The next day it hit. I can remember standing outside as the wind blew in thinking wow something isn't right. I sent the wife and kids to the basement.

Then I watched as all the topsoil straw blew into our new pool. One of the trees I just planted snapped at the base and started twirling in a circle. A few of our pear trees limbs fell.

Our power was out for 5 days. Luckily I had a ton of charcoal. So I did a lot of grilling for us and the neighbors.

Man it was a mess and of all places.. Ohio.
