I recently placed an order with Stormys and I made a mistake and ordered the wrong item. I got the order quickly and when I opened package I saw I had made a big mistake. I thought, oh well, Im stuck with them as they were cartos ( needed 510 and I ordered the Kr8 or something)
Seeing some posts regarding the inability to return items at some sites, I just thought Id be stuck, but I said what the heck all they can say is NO. I contacted them and low and behold they replied with a pleasant "sure thing"
Buying things at online shops and some small business is sometime iffy as they are small and cant afford to always be able to take everything back. Most of the time if they are accommodating they get abused by a small percentage of buyers.
If they have been around for a while they have seen it all, and heard it all. Making them a bit hesitant to believe all the excuses and complaints they come across. Its hard having a customer serviced based business.
I have to say, they were pleasant to work with.
