A gift was offered if a purchase was made Christmas Eve. They sent an embarrassment POS disposable tankomizer that leaked all over my new Joye 18650 tube and switch I ordered from them. Was basically told, sorry you don't like it, have a nice day. Oh, and for a juice sample they sent me literally, a microscopic tube of tank killing Apple juice. There could have been no more than 10 drops in it. Tossed it. I ordered some sweetener and the top was smashed so the sweetener was leaking out. Turns out the Joye switch was correct in the order. I originally thought it was a V1. My apologies. God knows whats in the PG I ordered from them. I hope its not dishwater or something. I'll probably toss it.

First email from customer on 12/29/12…
Cursing that he didn’t like his Christmas gift.
I apologized that he didn’t like the gift. Did not say, have a nice day.
5 minutes later another email telling me his bottle of sweetener was broken.
I didn’t get a chance to answer
2 minutes later another insulting email accusing me of sending him the wrong 18650 mod switch.
I double checked my inventory on both switches, which was correct, so I asked him to send a pic of the switch so I could see if it was the incorrect one. He took offense to the request and told me to “just forget it, delete my account!” Must have been when he realized he had the correct switch.
His attitude from the first email made it impossible to reason with him. Never gave me a chance to fix anything. Ran straight here to post negative feedback.
Insulting emails/post aren't the way to resolve issues.

My customer service is the best you’ll find anywhere and have plenty of happy customers to prove it.

Oh, so your a right fighter? Brilliant marketing strategy! At least I apologized for the switch. What are you going to do besides wave your banner of plenty of happy customers? Christmas gift? Was it some unsalable junk you gave me? Obviously. The sweetener I salvaged from the broken container. Thank you.
FYI - The next time you want to offer a gift at the last minute to make a sale, especially on Christmas, Send something worth using. Use better packaging techniques so things don't get smashed in the mail.
I'm happy that you feel you have enough customers to loose a few. Enjoy your 40 dollars. I won't be back.
