i am a TFA fan,i hate lorans flavors,don't know anything about capellas.

I have found most of the Capella flavors to be very "true" to their particular name. (hope that sentence made sense) Two of my favs are the Danish Cinnamon Swirl and French Vanilla. They both are spot on. There are other flavors as well, but no need to bore you with the whole list.
I don't think you will be disappointed whatsoever trying several of their flavors. I also think they are a great value for the money.
Of course, how a person perceives a flavor is highly personal, but I'm confident saying, once again, that you will not be disappointed
