I give an A+ to Stormy's Vapor Cellar for their customer service. I am fortunate enough to live near SVC. I have placed several orders and they always set up a way for me to pick up my order(s) in person so I didn't have to pay shipping; $ saved. I recently ordered new hardware, a VV mod, and experienced problems with it after pick up. One quick phone call, a short drive, and a quick meeting and my problems went up in vapor!
