I know it's not uncommon. There's a thread about it somewhere here. Go to the bottom of the page and search in the google box under "vivid dreams". I'd link it for you but don't know how to do that. Not sure if I remember correctly, but maybe too much nicotine right before bedtime? Anyway, it will go away.

I've been noticing that a bit, as I'm often one not to remember my dreams upon awakening. Often, it's kind of pleasant, so I'd call it "enough nicotine," and hope it doesn't completely go away.

I'm not sure if it's because of quitting smoking, switching to vaping or both! I know that large doses of nicotine can cause vivid dreams; this was the case when I tried to quit while on the patch. I know when starting out on the e-cigs I vaped a LOT. Well, I still do, but maybe not so much. Perhaps it's the added nicotine?

During my first two weeks after stopping cigarettes and vaping only I experienced a lot of vivid, emotionally charged dreams. I wouldn't call them nightmares, though.

I've been vaping (and cigarette-free) for almost 2 months now. The wild dreams have subsided but in a strange way I kinda miss them.

Yes, me too. I believe that people dream according to what is or isn't going on in their "awake" life. So the chaos I created in my body by stopping cigarettes and starting this strange thing called "vaping" causes my dreams to be "chaotic". Not necessarily nightmares, just senseless, mixed up, useless disturbances of my peaceful slumber time! And I usually don't remember them either. Now if you want to discuss dreams while taking Chantix, AND Wellbutrin at the same time, we would need a whole other forum...

I had them when I stopped smoking something else. Really strange, REALLY VIVID. I felt emotionally attached to what was happening in the dream. Once I woke up crying because I dreamt my mother died. Anyways week three and they're slowly happening less frequently maybe 4 nights out of the week. It used to be about 2-3 different dreams a night with me waking up in between the dreams.

I think it's just our minds. Something about not getting what it used to get often.

Nicotine definitely affects dreams!

I never meant to quit smoking (though I haven't smoked since I got my PV and now decide that I have, since I don't want to sacrifice again my sense of smell and whitening teeth), but I'm guilty of wearing patches at night some times for more vivid dreams. I vape before I go to bed now for the same reason. It's great - I would never have smoked in bed

At the beginning I had several vivid dreams.

Just wanted to add, be careful about taking your PV to bed with you. I've heard of people falling asleep and waking up to HOT.
The auto's can be trigger easily and you can press the switch accidentally with the manuals.

Consider me your recycling center for Njoy Pro, Smoking Everywhere Gold, Cloud 9, Smoke 51 Trio, and DSE103 useless batteries.
Other hardware if it’s still usable.
Those I loan out to/give to thank you.
