I have been buying my stuff from strictly e juice lately and I am kinda disappointed. I bought a kr808 battery that barely works when fully charged. The cartos have a hard plastic end that broke the 2nd time I refilled. I got some clove juice thinking it would taste like a Djarum, but it tasted like something straight from the spice rack (yucky). I wrote reviews on everything I purchased, and they do not show the bad reviews I wrote! Not to honest......

Did you bother to see if they would warranty replace the defective items?
As for your experience with the clove juice, taste is subjective. Over the past year I've brought high end juice that folks raved about and I couldn't vape it. I wound up using as mixer with my other juices just to get rid of it.

Yep mejestic is right if you are having a problem with a battery they will replace it. They are really good about warranties and cartomizers wear out easily. That's to be expected. You can buy a drip tip for cartos and make them last longer. Thats about it.
i know that cartomizers wear easily, what i am saying is the end cap broke on the second use, that is ridiculous. i have cartomizers that i am still using from the beginning of july and these ones broke after two uses
I emailed them about their cartomizers they carry to see what brand they were and told them about the new Joye Tech atomizers maybe they will start carrying Joye Cartomizers. I would stock up if they did. The free shipping over $10 really sells me. I would email them anyway. Did all of them break off or just one?
3 out of 5 broke. i will stock up on the joye cartomizers if they carry it. i really like the free shipping too. i am going to email them about my crappy battery
Good advice to send them an email. Most of the suppliers that I have dealt with have been great about making things good that don't work as they should.
You should ask them to carry the Joye cartomizers to. The more the better. I really want them to carry the Joye cartomizer because I know they will have the best price and the free shipping is just topping on the cake. Top notch customer service is all I have gotten from SEJ.
I love them! Seems like a stand up company in my opinion, although I have never ordered hardware from them I always get my juice from them with no problems and super fast shipping. Hope you problem gets sorted out. Good Luck!
Ordered my stuff from them on the 9th, an Ego kit along with a large stock of liquid, as I had recently and unexpectedly run out of my TW liquid. Paid for 1-3 day shipping and it went out on the 10th. Hoping it gets here tomorrow/today, as I am still sucking ash from analogs and they make me sick. Excited to try the new liquid and hardware. Still trying to find that perfect fit.
Unless UPS has a major screw up, you should have your order today. I placed an order on Friday afternoon (the 10th) and it is out for delivery as I write.
Yeah, my tracking number says the same. Although like a fool I had it sent to my home instead of my work :/
I have ordered from them 3x's now ...always speedy 3-4 days to Oklahoma , great pricing , great juice so far & all hardware was in working order .
My last order the 30ml bottle of Nic juice leaked ( top wasn't screwed down tight enough) I emailed them & let them know that about 9 ml had leaked , & I just received a new 30 ml bottle !! I really just expected them to send me a 10 ml one , so IHMO they went above & beyond.
I also love their free shipping deal ...they are spoiling me ,cuz shopping around , I keep thinkin' WAAAA I have to pay shipping LOL . I am also happy to see they have the KR808 sets @ such a nice price ....I have been wanting to try one ... now if I can just convince hubby that I need another back up .........LOL wish me luck

on the CLOVE Djarum topic .......... clove is just clove D'jarum was a mix of clove, tobacco & other spices I do believe .
I loved D'jarums too ... so I have been mixing clove w/ different tobacco flavors ... clove w/marl not bad .....clove w/ hilton is smoother & closer to D'jarums ............adding a little butter rum is tasty too

In the future you might want to opt for their free shipping. That is all I ever use. Order on Friday and it's in my mailbox Monday morning. I can only recall one order that didn't arrive until Tuesday and that was due to the UPS parking the order in one city for a day.
Their prices are awesome and so is the free shipping. I kind of feel spoiled by them. I have never had a problem with them. They always go above and beyond.

I emailed them about my problems. They will pay for the return shipping and replacements. Very happy about that. I love everything else I get from them. Right now my favorite juice it strictly gum. It tastes just like juicy fruit! They still dont post particulary negative reviews though.
