Stupid Question about my model from v4L

How do I know if I have an 808d or a 510? I bought everything from Vapor 4 Life, it was the shorty kit. I need to buy more stuff (I haven't been using it, uggg) so I can actually use the thing but I am not sure if I am buying for an 808d or 510.

I also see that there are new things out that didn't exist when I first got my kit, so now I need to figure out what a "drip tank" is and how its used. I am so out of the loop.
