It depends on who you get them from, in my experience they come with the little plastic needle like droppers but if you save a dropper and clean it good you can usually pop off the plastic top easily and just use your dropper if you prefer and replace the plastic when you are done. hope that answers your question

I have seen them, but they are quite large and not really even good for dripping. Most bottles I've bought that size are just screw caps. I just install Yorker squirt caps on plastic bottles and fill my dispenser bottle from there.

I've never seen a bottle over 60ML with that kind of top.
