Success! And it was easier than I thought...

I successfully filled my first cartomizer. <wild applause>

There are a few ways to do this. I have a syringe with a curved 18 ga. needle, and I was going to use it, but decided I was too lazy to dirty the syringe.

So, I opted for the condom method, followed by the Terrin Spin (apology for the misspelling if I did so).

Materials needed: Fresh cartomizer; retain the rubber end caps, lay the .... plug aside.
A bent folio clip
1 10 ml. bottle of Chocolate Cream liquid from lightcigusa *

* I used 11 mg. strength, as I am still a bit skittish about handling e-liquid (see my earlier post on nicotine poisoning in this section). <Veterans and daredevils, insert derisive laughter here...yeah, I'm a wuss...>

Outcome: As I have never tasted this juice before, I'm not sure how it's supposed to taste. It's very sweet, and I'm getting more funk than chocolate. Is this from using a virgin cartomizer? Here, let me take a quick puff...

Not bad, but probably too sweet for all day vaping.

re: 11mg juice, I think that's what I've been using for after-shave...

You handled packs of analogs which contained more nic, the juice won't hurt you,
you can do it, it's not deadly (110mg yes 11mg not so much), use it ENJOY it.

The report continues.

Emboldened by my small success, and because the carto tasted like it was going a bit dry, I went and got creative.

You may recall that I posted in another thread that my first carto filling attempt was an unmitigated disaster. I ended up wearing more juice than went into the carto. That was English Toffee, same source.

So... I went to refill the Chocolate Cream cart and found the nearly-empty English Toffee bottle.

Since both are 11 mg. juices...

I just made a Heath Bar. The taste is awesome.

Dumb luck. This time, it got a little messier. I guess the cart wasn't as dry as I thought. Still, I didn't waste much juice, less than a mil I'd guess, and the resulting flavor is nothing short of amazing.

BTW, the funky taste went away.

I'm so happy that I might just sit down and fill a few for tomorrow! Thanks everyone for the encouragement.
