Success with friends!

Since I've starting vaping I have decided to make a conscious effort to get my friends to do it. I know some people have encountered hostility from other smokers when they try to make the switch, but I just found out that I've had success!

I got my friend a D2 kit from a local store last week and gave her a pack of cartomizers and she hasn't had an analog since! I just found this out today when I went to visit her and I'm really quite excited. I'm happy because she and I would feed each other's smoking habit and this will definitely make it easier for me to hang out with her. I know that if it didn't take with her the chances of me backsliding would definitely be much, much higher. I'm definitely going to pick up a D2 to D1 adapter for her so we can go in together on purchases.

Any similar stories?

I'm close with one. Talked it up, explained it, sent her an email detailing everything with links, and now she just has to pull the trigger. Another got one of those crappy ones from a head shop and told me she knew everything and was good. She's back on cigs after a week.

I was converted by a co-worker. He had a magma from volcano. I went to check it out and saw a cooler looking inferno so I bought it and stop smoking cigs day I got the inferno. 3 months later, his magma broke and he went and bought an inferno too. Its great having someone who works with you that vapes, you can share juices and share tips. I am trying to get more ppl that smoke at work to vape. I think 2 of them is thinking about it.

I get that sometimes. I said no I gave away all my lighters. And he said, " How are you lighting that up?" lol. Its an e-cig. I don't know how he thought it was a reg. cig. I was vapin my chrome inferno. Last time I checked, there was no chrome colored cigs.

what i'm haveing a problem with is not with my smoking friends they all seem to interested in my pv, its my non smoking friends that keep saying "when are you going to quit that now" or "its not much better, its not like you've really quit smoking".... thats all a lil disheartening..

I'm new to vaping and tried to convert a friend, she just didn't have an open mind about it and actually asked me if I was trying to sell them to her and get a commision. I really flubbed that one. I can't help it, I am just so excited.
