successful first time rebuild

Rebuild my atomizer yesterday day for the first time . . .I was cleaning my tank when I notice the silica wick was kinda dark so I pulled of the air canal and the silica wick looked nasty I didn't have n e kanthal wire handy so I used the same wire that was already in the atomizer heated it up and wiped it clean then I used cotton stretched to my desire length and twisted for desire thickness I must admit rebuilding it was quite fun actually now my flavors are superb and vapor production has increased

Sounds like you caught the build bug. Fortunately kanthal is cheap, as are cotton balls. Allows for lots of experimenting. I won't reiterate what's said on here continuously about building safely but do brush up on battery knowledge, ohms law etc. What kind of tank are you working with?

I did the same thing last night on my kayfun clone.

Be sure to use organic cotton, or boil it if organic is unavailable!

I did do my research my tank in a pro tank mini 2 orginaly at 1.8 ohms when I 're wrapped I kept it at a 4wrap to maintain a 1.8 ohm v aping at 3.2 volts
