Suggestion for improvement

I would appreciate if Healthcabin would more closely monitor their stock counts, anticipate demand, and order ahead to keep everything possible in stock. For example, the US plug version of the 10 510 battery charger is now out of stock. How does that happen? I hope once you return from your extended holiday all the things I want to purchase along with the new eGo Mega cylinder 10 color LR attys, Mega slim regular and LR attys (10 colors), my copper 510 attys, 10 ml syringe, and 10 battery charger will be back and nothing else in my cart goes empty. Some of these things you should have enough lead time to stockpile. Hopefully longer 306 drip tips and the eGo mega drip tips as well. More eGo battery covers.

I am sorry for the problem about our stock control. we have been trying to make a large stock on almost everything, but it is a challenge for us to keep good stock control on all products.

as for 10ml syringe, we will stop selling them because they are with sharp tips. we are looking for ones with blunt tips.

I wouldn't worry about blunt tips, just because one person wrote that review. I didn't know syringes were made with blunt tips? It's a needle. Needles are sharp.

we did not know syringes with blunt tips either untill a customer remindered us of that. so we decided to look for them here.

as for new eGo Mega cylinder 10 color LR attys, Mega slim regular and LR attys (10 colors), they will be available in middle or later next month. sorry i am not sure about it now.

as for 510 copper atty, they will be available after our holiday.

I don't understand the problem with sharp tips either, one can easily make them blunt, but it would be very nice to be able to buy those really very wide white ones, whether blunt or not, seperately. I don't have a problem getting syringes here, but those needles are available only in packs of 100 ... and I don't need quite that many.

Why would anybody make syringes with blunt tips? For injecting robots that have pre-drilled holes for the blunt tips to fit into?

Sometimes things like this happens. Along with demand, sometimes the vendor can't keep up with the offer. Just give them time. This is how companies develop.
