Hello Everyone!

I've been vaping for about 2 1/2 months now, and I am interested in purchasing a new VV/VW APV. I have done some research, trying to figure out exactly what mods are well suited for me. I have narrowed it down to a few mods, but I can not seem to figure out which mod to purchase.

Vamo v5
MVP v2
sigelei Zmax v3

I am open to suggestions on some more mods, but seeing that I am a student (I assume some of you fellow vapors know the struggle) I was hoping not spend anymore than $75 total on the mod.

I almost settled on the MVP v2, but I wanted some more opinions before I made my final decision. I was planning on getting my MVP v2 off 101vape. If I were to settle on the MVP v2, is 101vape a reputable company to make my purchase seeing that they have unbelievible prices.

Looks like you can't go wrong with any of those three choices. I am fairly new to vaping too (about 2 months now) and just acquired my first APV/VV yesterday. There is nothing more satisfying than hitting that sweet spot on the right setting. I have a Kanger Pro tank 2 on an E-Vic from Ovale and have no reqrets. Although the variable voltage only runs from 3 to 5, I did not have a need to go higher, as some of the flavors on my e-juice taste burnt as I near 5. I like the E-Vic LED which shows #puffs, battery indicator and Voltage/Watt/Ohms. You can also download firmware updates for more features and it even has your vaping statistics which I think is pretty cool. Its an awesome device and I'm probably going to have this one for a while.

Allow me to make an couple of observations here.

While I love the MVP2 as an entry level VV/VW mod, keep in mind that it is a DISPOSABLE mod. Eventually the battery will wear out and it's not replacable, so if you buy one, buy it knowing you're only going to get 1-2 years of use out of it and then throw it in the trash.

Also, the MVP2 has a lower voltage and wattage limit than the Vamo and Zmax.

I recommend both the MVP and 101vape (which is where I got both of mine). It's almost always out of stock, though; you need to jump on it when they have them!

If you are looking to save money, I recommend an Ego, honestly. The Ego-V V3 from Mega has VV(3.0-6.0 in 0.1V increments) and VW(3.0-15.0 in 0.5W increments). It also has 1300mah which is more than enough for the vast majority of people to get through the day, plus a USB passthrough for when you are at home charging it.

The most expensive I've ever seen it go for is around 50 bucks, but the company pricing it that high offers a lifetime warranty on it (all you pay is return postage). I've also seen it as cheap as 20.

That would be my advice, until you can get the cash to really invest into a mod.

Oh my, an 15 watt capable ego!! Found it for $35 HERE What will the think of next? Did see a Bluetooth capable ego on Gotsmok. Heck, could answer your cell phone with it and play tunes stored on ones cell.

The SLB Sailebao eGo-V V3 does look like a excellent option for someone looking to try vaping. Trying to picture it with one of my tanked rba's on it.
