Suggestions on cutting VG to match PG viscosity, please.

As I'm having a though time finding PG locally, I was thinking of using VG instead for the sole purpose of using as an atty cleaner/soak. So won't be vaping it.

Was thinking of using distilled water to dilute. Is this ok?
How about vodka?

Lastly what ratio would you recommend.

What was recommended to me from an experienced member here was to have a 80/20 VG/distilled water ratio. Tried it and it's fine. VG changed the flavor of my juices when in its pure form, but this really helps thin it and mellow the VG flavor.

Edit: oh you won't be vaping it. I dunno then lol. vodka may be better form what I've read.

Why not use isopropyl alcohol it's all I use for cleaning it dries much faster than water
