In my opinion other peoples recipes can be a crap shoot. The reason is everyones taste are so different that good to one person can be nasty to another. My suggestion is to mix each one of those flavor by itself and work out the best % to use for your tastes. Once you have each flavor dialed in you can the work them into multi flavor recipes.

You can use the sour with any of the fruits and maybe a drop in that RY4 type looks like your only tobacco. I don't know about that caramel candy as I believe TFA has 3 or 4 caramels. The one I use and like is Flavor West's caramel candy. If it smells like coffee I'd ask the vendor about it. Good luck to you in your new adventure--- AZ plumber gave the best advice about recipes and I totally agree--make some small test batches of each flavor first.

I don't have any recipe ideas... but, I agree with AzPlumber's advice. When I find a percentage that I like for a flavor, I mix up 10ml or so of it. I have a bunch of bottles of juice that are just a single flavor, then I do experiments in my carto tank. 3 parts pipe tobacco, 2 parts vanilla, 1 part chocolate... pretty good, but maybe less vanilla next time. Try it again, maybe finding that it needs a little of some other flavor. When I find a combination that I like I write it down as a real recipe (then end up fine tuning that some more).
Before I used carto tanks I did the same thing in a little 5ml bottle, and put that in my pocket for carto topping off for the day. I'd often make little adjustments to that bottle throughout the day, and make notes of what I did if it was working out well.
