im looking for an additive like sweetner only i want one for salty .

Haven't heard of any, but there are plenty of companies that sell bacon, chicken, and pizza flavors. I'm betting you can call them and find out what they are using to add a saltiness to their juices.

Do a search on salt, a poster uses some sort of saline solution for that salty note. I just can't remember the exact product or poster but she posted it in one of the salt threads.
