I made an order with Sun Vapers on two separate occasions. Both orders were for the 650mah eGo Twist batteries. My first one came in as normal with a full charge, ran it down and put it on the charger. I come back an hour later and it is showing green, done charging, way too fast. Take it off the charger and try to use it, nothing happens when you fire the battery. I tried several different cartos, tanks, and atomizers on it with no results. Tried a different charger, different location plugging it in and so on.
I contacted them and let them know the situation, within 20 minutes I had a reply and was being setup for the item to be returned. The battery I am sending back is the stainless one, but they are switching me to a black one per my request and did so with no issue what so ever.
Their customer service is very good, very fast and very communicative. I will be ordering from them again in the future, directly from their website. Sun Vapers - Joyetech eCab and eGo-c premium electronic cigarettes re-seller.. Any company that is on the ball over a $23 battery, willing to let me exchange it for something other than what I purchased is someone you want to do business with for sure. I know going from a stainless to a black battery is not that big of a deal, but I have dealt with companies that would never do such a thing. I look forward to my next order with them now.
