This was my first purchase with Sun-Vapers. I ordered a few MT3's on Sunday when I ordered juice from mfs. It arrived on Thursday, which is pretty fast for Cali to NY considering the holiday. The prices are low, the shipping is low, and everything was exactly as ordered. The packaging was very solid and nothing was damaged or missing. There weren't any issues so I did not have any contact with their customer service. It was a very good first experience with them but it won't be the last.
